The new EXTREME curing lamps are designed with an active cooling system to optimize UV output while keeping the product's dimensions to a minimum.

UV-EXTREME
This LED work lamp is extremely powerful and allows for fast and efficient UV curing of large paint surfaces, up to approximately 100 x 100 cm.

Key features:

The lamp comes in a robust, high-quality case, designed to withstand bumps and rough handling during transport. The case includes an integrated handle and can also be used to store the lamp when not in use.
Smart and simple operation via APP
The lamp features integrated BLUETOOTH functionality, allowing for easy and safe remote control, even with groups of up to 4 units simultaneously. The dedicated APP ensures safe remote activation, avoiding the need to get close to the UV curing process.
Cold curing technology
UV LED curing technology allows for faster and more efficient work, significantly reducing curing time between operations. This technology is ideal for UV-cured automotive primers and fillers, without generating heat on either the panel or the paint. It is also suitable for heat-sensitive materials and allows for immediate sanding and polishing after curing.

Flexible support with the SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND
The SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND is the ideal support for the curing lamp. It can be adjusted in height (1260-2300 mm) and tilted for optimal application. The stable structure and five wheels make it easy to move and maneuver. For treating lower vehicle parts, the height-adjustable central bar bracket (380-895 mm) can be used, and an additional mounting bracket is available as an accessory for attaching UV-EXTREME or UV-EXTREME PLUS.
