Right of withdrawal
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.
If you change your mind, you can return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
If the Customer is a "consumer" (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity), they have the right, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated by the Consumer Code in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in force since June 14, 2014, to withdraw from Sales Contracts within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products subject to the Sales Contracts.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer using the appropriate web procedure at the link available in their user area.
In case the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal:
- the Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the date of communication of withdrawal;
- all costs associated with the return of the Products are entirely borne by the Customers;
- Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. undertakes to refund the Price as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of withdrawal, provided that:
- the products have been returned and are intact;
- the original packaging/container of the products is also returned and is intact;
- any accessories are also returned and are intact;
- the products have not been used in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning;
- Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. will communicate to the Customer the methods for refunding the price and may, for this purpose, request the Customer's bank details (IBAN and account holder).
- In the event that the product is deteriorated or damaged, Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. will still refund the product, but at a price reduced by the depreciation caused by the customer.
