Our main goal is to offer quality products at a clear and advantageous price. But this is not enough if the conditions for purchasing the product are not simple and understandable to everyone.
Prices, content, and product availability
All prices indicated on the website are shown both exclusive and inclusive of VAT.
The prices and availability indicated in this catalog are subject to stock depletion and variations due to market conditions or other factors. Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. undertakes to promptly inform the buyer of inventory errors or difficulties in finding products no longer in production or out of stock; in such cases, it undertakes to refund the entire amount received. Discounts, vouchers, and promotions are never cumulative. The images shown on the website are purely indicative and may differ significantly from the product actually available.
Price validity and order confirmation via email
By submitting the order form, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. This order confirmation is solely for the purpose of notifying receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. The price applied will be that set at the time of the order. However, it is possible that some offers or items may have run out or undergone particularly significant price changes in the meantime. In such cases, we reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order (without penalties for either party) and possibly offer you an alternative product.
Responsibility
It is understood that Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. assumes no responsibility for the use the customer intends to make of the purchased goods. In the event of defective or non-functioning goods, Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. will only be responsible for repair or replacement at its discretion. In no case shall Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. be held responsible for lost profits due to the inability to use the purchased products.
Order fulfillment
Unless otherwise indicated, we reserve the right to send available products and subsequently out-of-stock products without additional charges to the customer. If, however, partial fulfillment is explicitly requested by the customer, they will bear the cost of the additional shipment.
The absence of products or parts thereof in the package, or their possible damage during transport, must be reported within 2 days of receiving the package (also by email).
Delivery methods and times
Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. ships via express courier BRT, SDA, DHL, UPS, TNT, which have always offered a fast and guaranteed service.
The average shipping times are 1-2 working days, but these may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, delivering the products to the address specified at the time of order.
It is very important, when purchasing, to provide a valid email address, to allow the courier to communicate the pickup of the shipment and thus optimize delivery methods.
In-store pickup
Pick up your order directly at our store (Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l., via Mozzi 55, Mozzo, Bergamo).
Payment methods and terms
Cash on delivery
Payment is made upon delivery of the goods only by cash.
Cash on delivery involves a contribution fee for the collection management by the courier.
Advance bank transfer
Along with the automatic email confirming receipt of the order, we will send the details for the bank transfer to be made before the goods are shipped. To speed up the shipping process, it is advisable to send a copy of the completed bank transfer.
Credit card
This payment method allows you to use your credit card to purchase in complete security.
When confirming your order, simply select the "Credit card or Paypal" payment option to be directly transferred to the PAYPAL website, then select the "Don't have a Paypal account?" link.
Accepted credit cards are: all VISA and MASTERCARD circuit cards, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND CARTA AURA.
Payments via POSTEPAY, all rechargeable cards operating within the VISA ELECTRON circuit and PAYPAL rechargeable cards are also accepted.
At no point in the purchase process are we able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card or other methods chosen within the PayPal wallet.
Paypal
Paypal is another absolutely secure online payment method that allows you to pay for your order by directly accessing your account. Your account and credit card details will be managed directly by Paypal, which will simply provide us with an email notification after payment has been made.
Upon order confirmation, simply select the "Credit card or Paypal" payment option to be directly transferred to the PAYPAL website, then enter your email and password to access your Paypal account and complete the payment.
Return of goods and right of withdrawal
If the Customer is a "consumer" (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity), they have the right, in accordance with and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated by the Consumer Code in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in force from June 14, 2014, to withdraw from Sales Contracts within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sales Contracts. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. a written communication, by e-mail to the address indicated on the Contacts page, containing:
the declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal;
the indication of the order number that gave rise to the Sales Contract from which they intend to withdraw.
In the event of the Customer exercising the right of withdrawal:
the Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal communication;
all costs associated with the return of the Products are entirely borne by the Customers;
Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. undertakes to refund the Price as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal communication, provided that:
the products have been returned and are intact;
the original packaging/packaging of the products has also been returned and is intact;
any accessories have also been returned and are intact;
the products have not been used in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning;
Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. will communicate the methods of refunding the price to the Customer and may, for this purpose, request the Customer's bank details (IBAN and account holder).
In the event that the product is deteriorated or damaged, Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. will still refund the product, but at a price reduced by the depreciation caused by the customer.
Applicable law and competent court
This contract is governed by Italian law.
In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other dispute, the Court of Bergamo will be competent.
