The HSE73 Mini Orbital Sander with iBrid Technology features an 80 x 130 mm rectangular multi-hole rubber backing pad, designed to ensure optimal dust extraction. This compact sander is ideal for working with wood, composite materials, plaster, and other large surfaces in various sectors, including automotive bodywork.

iBrid Technology, already present in BigFoot iBrid Nano tools and the HLR75 iBrid Mini Polisher, offers the operator the flexibility to choose between battery power for cordless operation or continuous power via the iBrid adapter. Performance remains constant regardless of the chosen power source.

The HSE73 includes an integrated self-generated dust extraction system, allowing use without an external dust extraction unit thanks to the patented RUPES GREEN TECH filter, which ensures maneuverability, balance, and precise, efficient sanding results.

The variable speed throttle lever provides precise control during use, while the speed regulator allows selection from five working speeds. Optimized ergonomics, compact design, and modern lines make this tool versatile and easy to use in various hand positions.

Furthermore, RUPES has integrated the innovative Q-MAG Magnetic Technology into the HSE73 iBrid Mini Sander. Magnets replace the rubber protection of LE and LS sanders, preventing the rotation of the backing pad. This technology improves the durability of internal parts, minimizing wear and maintenance.

BATTERY AND CHARGER

The HSE73 uses the same lithium-ion battery as the HLR75 iBrid Mini Polisher, ensuring complete compatibility between tools in the RUPES iBrid Mini line. The lithium-ion battery (18V 2.5Ah) features LED indicators that show the charge level at the push of a button. A full charge allows between 35 and 45 minutes of continuous operation.

The 9HC180LT charger is custom-designed for the iBrid Mini battery system, with a charging station that indicates the charge status via integrated LEDs, providing 100% charge in approximately 35 minutes.
