Coarse wool pads for random orbital, rotary orbital, and triple action polishers are specifically designed for the removal of severe paint defects. The blue foam of the coarse wool pad is stiffer and denser, which maximizes the transfer of the tool's motion to the work surface, providing greater cutting power.
All pads in the wool range are made with two distinct fiber lengths that create a dual-density wool surface. More than just an aesthetic detail, this configuration offers an excellent balance between cutting power and finishing capability compared to traditional single-density wool pads.
BigFoot Zephir Coarse Gloss compound is recommended with random orbital and triple action polishers; while BigFoot Mille Coarse compound is recommended with gear driven polishers.
