ONYX HD is a water-reducible opaque basecoat system for vehicle refinishing.
With the aid of mixing formulas, the system offers a complete spectrum of two- and three-stage solid, metallic, and pearl colors.
1. ONYX HD includes a series of base tints with a high concentration of pigments, ensuring exceptional storage stability for five years. The water additive is added by the painter during color preparation.
2. ONYX HD easily adapts to all usage conditions thanks to HB 002, HB 004, HYDROMIX, and HYDROMIX SLOW, which are easy to use and allow for excellent results even in extreme weather conditions. ONYX HD interior allows ONYX HD to be applied to internal parts, such as the engine compartment, ensuring long-lasting durability without additional clearcoat application.
3. ONYX HD significantly reduces flash-off times with minimal investment. Venturi-effect air blowers are more than sufficient to achieve an unparalleled final result regardless of the technique used: full panel application or blending.
