PPG D8420 is an aerosol universal primer.
Apply 1-2 coats of D8420 Plastic Primer, allowing 10-15 minutes of flash-off before applying the two-component filler.
N.B. D8420 is supplied in aerosol form – shake the can well for 2 minutes after freeing the ball inside – Alternatively, apply 1-2 coats of D820 Universal Primer, allowing 30 minutes of flash-off before applying the two-component filler.
