Microstar is the abrasive developed for rectifying paint defects and dulling paints and clear coats. It is distinguished by its thin polyester film backing, special aluminum oxide grains, and special stearate that acts as a protective layer, preventing the build-up of residue and particles on the abrasive. With its extremely fine scratch pattern, Microstar creates perfectly uniform surfaces, ideal for faster polishing. Microstar quickly removes orange peel, dust nibs, and other defects, resists clogging, lasts longer, and ensures high-quality finishes even on softer clear coats.
