The Mirka DEROS 625CV is the first electric sander with a brushless motor without an external power supply and also the lightest currently available on the market (only 1 kg). It is equipped with a 150 mm backing pad and has a 2.5 mm orbit. Thanks to the power of the brushless motor, the Mirka DEROS offers performance truly comparable to that of a 500 W electric machine, maintaining constant speed even under heavy load. The sanding speed control is extremely precise thanks to the soft-start function, the electric brake integrated into the motor, and the easily dosed lever. The motor has been designed with fewer wear components, ensuring reliability, less maintenance, and a long lifespan. The power cable is removable and can be quickly attached and detached from the machine. Its symmetrical design makes it comfortable to use with both the left and right hand, and thanks to its elongated shape, it can also be used with two hands. The new MIRKA backing pad has a series of channels inside that create an optimal airflow, conveying all the dust to the center and thus facilitating its extraction through the large central hole.
