Unique DRY sanding system. For the removal of imperfections. The advantages are numerous. It is cleaner than wet sanding, which allows you to finish the sanding process much faster. It also reduces the risk of sanding through the clear coat. A big advantage, after all, sanding through the clear coat means you will have to start the sanding process all over again. The Tolecut system combines aggressiveness and uniformity. In combination with Buflex Dry black (P3000) as the final sanding step before polishing, the Tolecut system guarantees minimal polishing time. This KOVAX system is a modern sanding/polishing system, with an emphasis on total working time. More sanding and less polishing are the key to success. With only one additional sanding step (of a few seconds), a highly uniform sanding scratch is generated, causing a significant reduction in total polishing time (of a few minutes!). Before polishing, the imperfection is removed in just 1-2 sanding passes. Tolecut is also very suitable for water-based and ceramic clear coats.
