Gelson Gel Finish Spray. Aerosol primer/finish containing zinc phosphate. Excellent adhesion on all types of metal normally used in bodywork and industry, for anti-corrosion cycles. Excellent adhesion also on brass, copper, aluminium, and galvanised sheet metal. GEL-FINISH is a very fast-drying product, and offers excellent wet-on-wet overcoatability with all single-component products. If the overapplication time exceeds 6 hours, sanding is required. The dried film can be overcoated with all two-component enamels, even after a long time, without needing sanding. It is suitable for application with electrostatic painting.
The surfaces to be treated must be perfectly clean, dry, and degreased. Shake the container for at least 2 minutes, until you hear the balls inside. Apply at a distance of 15-20 cm, 1-2 coats; flash-off time of 5 minutes between coats.
