Gelson Side Scudex. It is a two-component, high-solid polyurethane protective sealant.
A product of exceptional resistance, it seals, soundproofs and protects all lower, front, rear and internal body parts from corrosion and stone chips. When applied to external parts of the vehicle (side sills, front and wheel arches), it allows for faithful restoration of various textures to blend. Side Scudex can be applied directly to bare metal or fiberglass without any primer, or with an epoxy primer for galvanized sheet metal or aluminum (for sheet metal treatments, it is advisable to follow any specific instructions from the manufacturer). Thanks to its high solid content, any thickness can be achieved in a single coat, with a recommended minimum thickness of 150/200 microns.
