Gelson 157CC16KIT UHS CC16 Clear with Hardener.
Two-component, UHS acrylic clear coat, characterized by a very high initial curing speed. Excellent rheology and leveling. Once dry, it forms a film of great gloss and hardness, with very high stability characteristics due to its excellent resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents. The pot-life is well calibrated to allow safe application. It can be used on water-based or solvent-based basecoats. Apply with a gravity-fed spray gun, nozzle Ø 1.3 mm, pressure as per the spray gun manufacturer's instructions. Application is recommended at temperatures between 18 and 22°C and with air humidity between 40 and 60%. Spray one light half coat and one full coat, with a flash-off interval of 5-7 minutes between coats. Dry film thickness: 50-60 microns. Before drying the product in the oven, allow 10 minutes for flash-off.
Dust-free: air dry at 20°C, 1-1.5 hours; oven at 60°C, 10 minutes
Sandable: air dry at 20°C, 3.5-4 hours; oven at 60°C, 15 minutes
