Gelson 1511CSALV Priming Wipes. Water-based surface treatment to prevent corrosion of metal surfaces. It is applied to aluminum, zinc, and steel, significantly improving the adhesion and corrosion resistance of products subsequently applied to the surface (primers, paints, sealants, adhesives). No cleaning is required after application.
Application temperature: 20 - 40 °C
The metal surface must be dry, clean, and degreased. Sand the surface if it shows traces of corrosion or rust. Rub the wipe over the entire area to be treated, with cross movements and applying light pressure. Ensure that the entire surface has been wetted with the fluid. For an effective priming effect, painting must occur no less than 1 minute and no more than 15 minutes after wiping. Use only on bare metal. Use each wipe only once. Do not rehydrate wipes that accidentally dry out.
