CC6500 High Performance VOC Clear is easy to use, highly versatile, and dries quickly. A multi-purpose clearcoat that speeds up productivity without compromising excellent results. The low viscosity reduces flash-off time, making two-coat application easier. Excellent surface wetting properties ensure even spreading, while the mixing ratio is very simple: 2:1 for the high-performance activator Clearcoat AR7505 + 10% AZ9500 High Performance VOC Agent. AZ9550 HP Fade-Out Thinner can also be used for clearcoat blending. Flexible drying options at 60 °C or 40 °C allow you to always keep processing times and energy costs under control. With a minimum drying time of 15 minutes at 60 °C, vehicles will never be stuck in the body shop. In addition, rapid cross-linking allows for polishing and assembly immediately after oven drying and a brief cooling phase. The outstanding leveling properties and superior enamel retention give CC6500 High Performance VOC Clear a high-gloss finish.
