The 3M Roloc disc pad optimizes the performance of Roloc discs and bristle discs by providing the correct support system and a secure attachment for sanding applications. In addition, it saves time by eliminating the need to align the disc edges with the pad: the screw aligns the disc, making replacement quick and easy.
The necessary hardness level depends on the task; a higher density is suitable for more aggressive applications, while a lower, more flexible density is suitable for less demanding ones, and it also depends on the user's working style. These pads are designed for use with any drill, disc sander, right angle grinder, or rotary sander. The maximum RPM is determined by the size and solidity of the disc and pad. The 3M Roloc disc pad is available for use with the following Roloc attachment systems: TR, TP, and TS. Choose discs with the attachment suitable for your system.
