Trizact P1500 grit abrasive discs. Used for scratch-free sanding and a perfect finish.
They allow operators to quickly remove paint defects such as dust nibs and orange peel.
Sanding large surfaces with a traditional P1500 grit abrasive disc can cause deep scratches that are difficult to remove with polishing. The Trizact abrasive mineral wears uniformly, ensuring a longer disc life. During use, the mineral progressively wears down, exposing new abrasive grains that allow for a homogeneous finish across the entire surface, regardless of the size of the area to be worked on. Used wet, Trizact P1500 abrasive discs reduce dust production and premature clogging. After sanding with P1500 grit discs, it is recommended to continue the cycle with Trizact P3000 discs and conclude the process with the 3M Perfect-it III color-coded polishing system.
