The 3M Hookit 260L disc is used for clear coat matting and for rectifying paint defects. These discs with aluminum oxide mineral allow for a homogeneous finish, eliminating any paint defects such as runs, dirt nibs, and excessive orange peel.
The discs can be easily removed from the backing pads. They are faster and easier to use than scuffing pads and quicker and more hygienic than wet sanding.
