The 255P Gold Series abrasive discs and their corresponding pads are characterized by increased cutting capacity, less clogging, particularly with fine grits and on difficult-to-sand surfaces such as primers and putties, with a reduction in dust during processing.
Manual and machine sanding of putties, primers, paints, synthetic materials, and plastics. The precise and shaped mineral structures give Trizact abrasives the combination of fast cutting and a uniform finish every time.
Use P1000 foam blending discs for panels with sanding scratches before painting. Use P1500 clear coat sanding discs to level dust nibs and for asymmetric orange peel sanding.
Finally, use the P3000 foam disc to remove P1200-P1500 grit sanding marks before using the 3M Perfect-It polishing system. Foam disc used in a spot repair system for removing sanding scratches before using the abrasive compound.
