The 3M Wetordry 401Q abrasive sheet is ideal for manual wet preparation of clear coats. It features a lightweight, durable, and waterproof A-weight paper backing combined with a fast-cutting silicon carbide mineral for a smooth finish.

Silicon carbide is an extremely hard, very fast-cutting mineral. Its sharp points break off easily. This results in the exposure of new sharp edges and a consistent, professional finish. Use the sheet for wet sanding clear coats and to reduce dust and clogging of abrasive tips in lighter applications such as finishing and preparation for painting.
