Designed for use with the 3M PPS Paint Preparation System.
The 3M PPS Midi Lid & Liner Kit contains 50 lids with micron filters, 50 liners, and 20 sealing plugs for use with the 3M Paint Preparation System. A complete painting system that allows the painter to measure, mix, filter and spray paint materials. Disposable PPS lids contain a welded filter that strains the material while spraying.
The system allows the painter to consistently spray at 90 degrees to the part, regardless of the part's orientation (even upside down)
The all-in-one solution reduces the possibility of external contamination, together with consistent material transfer that improves quality, reducing paint consumption
PPS reduces cleaning solvent consumption by 70%, reduces preparation and cleaning time by up to 50%
Sealing plugs are provided for temporary sealing and protection of uncatalyzed paint materials.
The Midi size refers to a paint mixture volume of up to 13.5 fl oz (400 ml), ideal for 2-panel repair.
