3M PPS lid and liner kits (first version - not compatible with 3M PPS Series 2.0 items) contain 50 (or 75) disposable lids, 50 disposable liners and 24 sealing plugs. Each 3M PPS system lid features a welded filter that effectively filters the paint material during application. Lids with 125 micron filters are often recommended for water-based paints or 200 micron filters for traditional solvent-based paints. Always refer to the paint manufacturer to ensure that the filter is the recommended one for filtering the material. The sizes of the lids and liners are specific to the 3M PPS Cups and Collars range (first version) and allow technicians to graduatedly measure up to 850 ml.
