Shipping method

Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. ships by express courier with DHL, BRT, SDA and UPS.

Delivery times

Delivery times expected for our products are between 1 and 2 working days .

The courier collects the shipments by 14.00 , therefore all orders received after this time will be processed the next day.

Right of withdrawal

Satisfied or your money back.

If you change your mind, you can return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

If the Customer is a “consumer” (ie a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out), he has the right, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 206 / 2005 updated by the Consumer Code in implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights in force since June 14, 2014, to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreements within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sale and Purchase Agreements.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. a written communication, by e-mail to the address indicated on the Contact page, containing:

  • the manifestation of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  • the indication of the order number that gave rise to the Sale and Purchase Agreement from which it intends to withdraw.

In case of exercise by the Customer of the right of withdrawal:

  • the Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal;
  • all costs related to the return of the Products are entirely borne by the Customers;
  • Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. undertakes to reimburse the Price as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal provided that:
    • the products have been returned and are intact;
    • the original packaging / packaging of the products is also returned and the same is intact;
    • any accessories are also returned and they are intact;
    • the products have not been used in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning;
  • Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. will notify the Customer of the price reimbursement methods and may, for this purpose, ask the Customer for his / her bank details (IBAN and account holder).
  • In the event that the product is deteriorated or damaged, Colorificio Ferraris S.r.l. will refund the product anyway, but at the price less the depreciation caused by the customer.
