On scratch-resistant paints, longer sanding will be required than on standard paints.\u003cbr\u003e4. Apply the paste using a polisher and the 3M 01927 wool pad. Use a sufficient amount of product and, on repainted parts, do not start the polisher dry.\u003cbr\u003e5. Check for complete removal of marks by cleaning the surface with 3M 08631 glass cleaner.\u003cbr\u003e6. Repeat step 4 if any marks remain on the surface.\u003cbr\u003e7. If all marks have been removed, replace the 3M 01927 pad with the 3M 09550 orange pad and reapply the paste.
