Dirty water produced from cleaning equipment should be collected in a suitable container, into which solvents should not be introduced. Use of 700-7 Powder Coagulant: In approximately 10 liters of dirty water, mix 2 – 3 scoops (approx. 75 g) of 700-7 Powder Coagulant (disperse it to evenly distribute the particles and increase its effectiveness) and stir. The solid components will precipitate shortly thereafter. Through a filtration process, obtainable, for example, by using filter cloths or specific filters (mesh size approx. 80-100 microns), the flocculate can be separated from the liquid part. In the case of particularly dirty liquid (i.e., if the water has not yet become clear after approx. 15 min), add more 700-7 Powder Coagulant. Overdosing with 700-7 is not possible. The flocculate must be disposed of in the same way as water-based paints. The clear water can be discharged into the sewage system in compliance with local wastewater regulations.
