REDUCE OR DELETE THE SCRATCHES.

EASY TO USE WITH DRILL GENERIC.

DO NOT USE ON GLASS PROJECTOR.

PACKAGE CONTENTS:
– 1 adhesive tape masking paper

– 1 pad

– Polish 1 for plastic

– 1 corrugated Orange Buffer

– 6 Discs P500

– 4 Discs P800

– 1 Discs Trizact P3000

– Instructions for Use.

Mode of use:

1. Clean the lighthouse with soap and water
2. protect the area around the headlight with 3M masking tape included.
3. A drill disconnected, insert the pad into the chuck.
4. Place the yellow P500 abrasive disc on the pad.
5. By exerting a slight pressure, sanding the headlight to remove yellowing and surface defects. When the disc sanding longer replace it with a new one.
6. Clean the headlight and check. If you still continue to yellowing yellow sand with P500 abrasive disc until complete removal. Once removed the layer of yellowing, the headlight will be presented opaque white. Then proceed to the next steps. Reduction of sanding marks:
7. Remove the yellow abrasive disc P500. Place and center to the pad a white abrasive disc P800.
8. Light pressure begin sanding. Make several passes over the entire surface for reducing signs. Replace the white sanding disc P800 if not more sanding.
9. Clean the headlight and check the removal of sanding marks. If you can still see deep scars, continue to sand.
10. Remove the white abrasive disc P800. Place and center the abrasive disc green / gray 3M Trizact P3000.
11. Using a spray dispenser, moisten the surface of the lamp before starting the sanding. Light pressure, sand the surface to further reduce sanding marks. Keeping the surface moist during processing.
12. During machining the abrasive 3M Trizact P3000 must produce a white residue. If not, continue to sand.
13. Clean the headlight, they are more visible sanding marks, continue to sand. Polishing of the light.
14. Remove the abrasive disc 3M Trizact P3000. Place and center the sponge to the polishing pad orange.
15. Apply the polish to 3M on orange sponge lights. Before operating the drill, distribute the polish evenly over the surface of the sponge. Do not leave to dry in the towel.
16. Rub the lamp until the restoration of transparency. If necessary, repeat the operation. If you can still see the marks of sanding, repeat steps 10 to 16.
17. Remove the masking tape 3M and clean thoroughly using a 3M clean microfiber cloth. Remove any residual polish from the body using soap 3M 3M car and a clean microfibre cloth.
