Description

Designed for use with the system of preparation of 3M PPS Paint.
The 3M PPS Lid & Liner Midi kit contains 50 lids with micron filters, coatings 50 and 20 sealing plugs for use with the preparation of the 3M paint system. A complete coating system that enables the painter to measure, mix, filter and spray the paint materials. The PPS disposable lids welded contain a filter that undergoes tension the material during spraying.
The system enables the painter to constantly spraying at 90 degrees with respect to the part, regardless of the orientation of the part (also upside down)
The all-in-one solution reduces the possibility of external contamination, together with a coherent transfer of materials which improves the quality, reducing paint consumption
PPS reduces the cleaning solvent consumption of 70%, reduces the time of preparation and cleaning up to 50%
They are equipped with sealing plugs for temporary sealing and protection of coating materials non-catalyzed.
The Midi size refers to a volume of paint mixture up to 13.5 fl oz (400 ml), ideal for the repair in 2 panels.
